Job Overview
The Co-Ordinator at Pedros is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are packed, plated, and dispatched accurately and efficiently in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role plays a key part in maintaining speed of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and front-of-house standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Pack and plate customer orders accurately according to order specifications

Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders to meet service standards

Maintain speed of service during peak periods

Deliver friendly and professional customer service

Maintain Front of House (FOH) stock levels in line with Co-Ordinator SOPs

Adhere strictly to food safety standards as per SOPs

Maintain FOH hygiene and cleanliness standards

Ensure accuracy of orders prepared for internal and external delivery services
Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Matric) – preferred

Well-developed literacy skills

Well-developed numeracy skills

Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Co-Ordinator
