    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    As the Civil Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing civil and solar construction projects from inception to completion. Core responsibilities include:

    • Project Planning & Implementation

      • Develop and implement project timelines and budgets

      • Approve design plans and technical specifications

      • Oversee construction methodologies

    • Team & Site Management

      • Lead and manage on-site construction teams

      • Monitor site operations including logistics and supply coordination

      • Ensure compliance with quality standards and all regulatory frameworks

    • Health & Safety

      • Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance

    • Monitoring & Reporting

      • Track project progress and address challenges or delays

      • Maintain detailed records and provide technical updates to stakeholders

      • Offer real-time solutions to unexpected construction issues

    • Stakeholder Engagement

      • Manage client relationships and liaise with stakeholders

      • Coordinate with team members for efficient execution

    Minimum Requirements

    • Education:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

    • Experience:

      • Minimum 5 years in civil construction, with exposure to solar industry projects

      • Proven project management experience (certification is an advantage)

    • Technical Skills:

      • Proficiency in MS Project and budgeting software

      • Strong technical understanding of civil engineering and construction

    • Other:

      • Valid driver’s license

      • Willingness to travel
