Key Duties & Responsibilities
As the Civil Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing civil and solar construction projects from inception to completion. Core responsibilities include:
Project Planning & Implementation
Develop and implement project timelines and budgets
Approve design plans and technical specifications
Oversee construction methodologies
Team & Site Management
Lead and manage on-site construction teams
Monitor site operations including logistics and supply coordination
Ensure compliance with quality standards and all regulatory frameworks
Health & Safety
Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress and address challenges or delays
Maintain detailed records and provide technical updates to stakeholders
Offer real-time solutions to unexpected construction issues
Stakeholder Engagement
Manage client relationships and liaise with stakeholders
Coordinate with team members for efficient execution
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in civil construction, with exposure to solar industry projects
Proven project management experience (certification is an advantage)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Project and budgeting software
Strong technical understanding of civil engineering and construction
Other:
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel
