Role Purpose
To accurately and efficiently administer all cash and card transactions at the pay point while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct sales at the pay point and handle cash/card transactions.

Deliver high-quality customer service.

Process receipts and allocate payments from customers.

Handle back-office tasks related to card receipts.

Perform daily banking of cash and cheques.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or NQF Level 4

Good numeracy skills

Honest, presentable, and energetic

Fast, accurate, and friendly
Skills Required

Excellent client service orientation

Ability to handle conflict appropriately

Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
