    Role Purpose

    To proactively identify, acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial clients within the R0 – R10 million annual turnover segment, driving sustainable revenue growth, strong client relationships, and long-term portfolio profitability in line with FNB’s strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquire and retain business banking clients in the R0–R10 million turnover market.

    • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value commercial clients.

    • Drive new business development and cross-selling of FNB products.

    • Conduct credit assessments and manage risk in line with banking policies.

    • Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and advisory support.

    • Ensure portfolio performance, profitability, and compliance with FAIS requirements.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic banking solutions.

    Minimum Requirements

    • 2–5 years’ experience in Business/Commercial Banking.

    • Experience in Credit Management and Relationship/Portfolio Management.

    • Proven ability to manage clients in the R0–R10 million turnover segment.

    • Bachelor of Commerce or Finance-related qualification.

    • RE5 FAIS certification (mandatory).

    • 2–3 years’ experience in Business Management, Portfolio Management, and Sales.

    • Must be based in or willing to work in Kroonstad.
