Role Purpose
To proactively identify, acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial clients within the R0 – R10 million annual turnover segment, driving sustainable revenue growth, strong client relationships, and long-term portfolio profitability in line with FNB’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and retain business banking clients in the R0–R10 million turnover market.
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value commercial clients.
Drive new business development and cross-selling of FNB products.
Conduct credit assessments and manage risk in line with banking policies.
Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and advisory support.
Ensure portfolio performance, profitability, and compliance with FAIS requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic banking solutions.
Minimum Requirements
2–5 years’ experience in Business/Commercial Banking.
Experience in Credit Management and Relationship/Portfolio Management.
Proven ability to manage clients in the R0–R10 million turnover segment.
Bachelor of Commerce or Finance-related qualification.
RE5 FAIS certification (mandatory).
2–3 years’ experience in Business Management, Portfolio Management, and Sales.
Must be based in or willing to work in Kroonstad.
