    Role Purpose

    To deliver exceptional customer service by promptly assisting clients, accurately identifying their needs, and efficiently processing requests. The Business Advisor plays a key role in ensuring a seamless, positive client experience while supporting sales growth and expanding the active customer base.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service by serving clients promptly and professionally.

    • Understand client needs and process requests accurately and efficiently.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Grow and manage an active customer account base to increase the client portfolio.

    • Proactively contact prospective clients and sell appropriate banking products.

    • Achieve individual sales targets through personal effort and service excellence.

    • Contribute to team performance within a collaborative sales and service environment.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum NQF Level 5 qualification.

    • RE qualification (mandatory).

    • 1–2 years’ experience in a sales environment.

    • Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.

    • Client service and sales experience within a financial services environment is advantageous.
