Responsibilities:
Build and maintain professional relationships with key industry stakeholders, policy makers, and business partners
Lead and manage strategic bulk business acquisition plans in alignment with Absa’s business strategy
Conduct daily market research and intelligence gathering to stay informed about industry developments
Coach, mentor, and manage team members to meet business objectives and support professional development
Ensure operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (required)
Experience in commercial asset finance and/or business development is advantageous
