Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for small business clients with low to medium complexity banking needs

Drive origination efforts to acquire new clients and expand market share

Cross-sell relevant banking products and services to the existing client base

Coordinate a cross-functional service team including Credit Analysts, Transactional Bankers, and Product Specialists

Oversee risk and compliance management within the client portfolio

Ensure service delivery and client satisfaction according to the segment’s customer value proposition
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (required)

Strong knowledge of corporate and investment banking services

Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver customized banking solutions

Understanding of regulatory and compliance environments in the banking sector
