Job Purpose
The Admin Supervisor supports the store’s operational efficiency by maintaining accurate till operations, ensuring high sales floor standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role ensures consistent compliance with Ackermans’ values, policies, and procedures while supporting the store team in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Deliver excellent customer care through clear and professional communication.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
Till & Cash Operations
Operate tills accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a strong record of minimal overs and unders.
Ensure all cash handling is accurate and compliant with company procedures.
Store Standards
Maintain high standards of work on the sales floor.
Ensure store presentation and housekeeping standards are consistently met.
Support the store team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Attendance & Reliability
Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality.
Be reliable and consistent in meeting scheduled work hours and responsibilities.
Compliance
Apply Ackermans’ values, policies, and procedures consistently.
Ensure compliance with company standards in all operational activities.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Excellent customer care and communication skills.
Accurate and efficient till operating skills.
Strong track record of minimal overs and unders.
High standard of work on the sales floor.
Good record of attendance and punctuality.
Consistent application of Ackermans’ values, policies, and procedures.
