    Job Description

    The Admin Assistant will be responsible for handling the internal administration functions of the business and ensuring that administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

    The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage financial and stock-related administrative tasks while providing excellent client service.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    Administrative Duties

    • Maintain high administrative standards
    • File documents according to company procedures
    • Perform general administrative duties

    Financial Administration

    • Complete goods received vouchers (GRVs)
    • Process invoices
    • Manage bank and petty cash controls
    • Process stock claims

    Stock and Audit Control

    • Monitor deviation reports
    • Issue GRVs for stock
    • Assist during audits
    • Help minimise company risk
    • Support stock control processes

    Client Service

    • Assist clients professionally
    • Maintain good customer relations

    Minimum Requirements

    Applicants must have:

    • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
    • Computer literacy, especially:
      • MS Word
      • MS Excel
    • Strong numerical skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Clear criminal record

    Advantageous

    • Experience in the agricultural industry
