Purpose of the Position:
To ensure the accurate processing of financial transactions and efficient administration of accounts, particularly creditor management. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall performance of the finance department by supporting accounting operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance

Minimum Requirements:

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

3–5 years’ experience in a similar accounting or admin role (preferably in the mining or contracting sector)

Experience with Pastel Accounting Software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Valid South African driver’s license

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and complete financial records and handle general office administration

Efficiently process purchase orders and supplier payments

Validate supplier invoices for accuracy and VAT compliance

Perform monthly creditor reconciliations using Pastel

Provide administrative and accounting support to the broader finance team as needed
