    As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team of financial advisors, driving sales performance and building strong client relationships. The role focuses on business growth, team leadership, and delivering financial solutions to customers.

     Key Responsibilities

     Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead and manage a team of advisors
    • Communicate goals aligned with company strategy
    • Coach and develop team members
    • Monitor performance and drive results

     Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Develop account management plans
    • Gather and analyse customer feedback

     Sales & Business Development

    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
    • Create and convert sales opportunities
    • Participate in campaigns, referrals, and networking

     Performance & Operations

    • Track team performance and ensure targets are met
    • Manage branch operations and ensure efficiency
    • Monitor budgets and report variances

     Account & Client Growth

    • Manage key accounts and customer portfolios
    • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints
    • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities

     Minimum Requirements

    • NQF Level 7 qualification (Degree / Advanced Diploma / Postgraduate Certificate)
