     Job Overview

    This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients. As a Key Accounts Manager, you’ll drive business growth by developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and expanding market share for AVBOB products and services.

     Key Responsibilities

     Business Development & Strategy

    • Identify and secure strategic business opportunities nationally
    • Negotiate access to clients and stakeholders
    • Drive sales growth and expand market share

     Marketing & Growth Execution

    • Develop and implement joint marketing plans
    • Increase brand awareness and product usage
    • Ensure delivery of services aligned with customer needs

     Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Act as the main link between clients and internal teams
    • Resolve client issues and maintain trust

     Account & Business Management

    • Develop provincial strategic account plans
    • Monitor performance using key account metrics
    • Conduct regular business reviews and reporting

     Customer Service Excellence

    • Conduct regular client visits and structured meetings
    • Provide expert advice on products and services
    • Deliver tailored customer experiences

     Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare progress reports and forecasts
    • Track conversion rates and ROI on marketing initiatives
    • Ensure budgets are adhered to

     Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or account management
    • Experience in financial services (advantageous)
    • Strong background in:
      • Sales & account management
      • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
      • Client service
