Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Identify and secure strategic business opportunities nationally
- Negotiate access to clients and stakeholders
- Drive sales growth and expand market share
Marketing & Growth Execution
- Develop and implement joint marketing plans
- Increase brand awareness and product usage
- Ensure delivery of services aligned with customer needs
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as the main link between clients and internal teams
- Resolve client issues and maintain trust
Account & Business Management
- Develop provincial strategic account plans
- Monitor performance using key account metrics
- Conduct regular business reviews and reporting
Customer Service Excellence
- Conduct regular client visits and structured meetings
- Provide expert advice on products and services
- Deliver tailored customer experiences
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts
- Track conversion rates and ROI on marketing initiatives

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or account management
- Experience in financial services (advantageous)
- Strong background in:
