Job Description
The OMF Branch Manager is responsible for leading a small to medium-sized team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets, build strong client relationships, and grow the branch’s financial services business. The role involves managing branch operations, coaching staff, driving customer engagement, overseeing budgets, and ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of financial advisors.
- Communicate branch goals and align them with organisational strategy.
- Motivate employees to achieve business objectives.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
- Conduct performance management and staff appraisals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Sales and Business Development
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable financial products and services.

- Participate in sales campaigns to grow the customer base.
Operations Management
- Provide operational support for the branch.
- Supervise day-to-day branch operations.

- Support new and existing customer accounts.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- NQF Level 7 qualification, such as:
- Bachelor’s Degree

- Postgraduate Certificate
- Or an equivalent qualification.
