Job Overview
This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems within Eduvos.
You’ll work in an Agile and DevOps environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application systems
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (CE, SIM, F&O, HR)
- Build plugins, workflows, and system integrations
Agile Practices
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements
- Deliver software iteratively with continuous improvement
DevOps Practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Automate deployments and ensure smooth releases
- Monitor and optimize system performance
Technical Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Stay updated with latest technologies
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with business analysts and project managers
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Document system designs and processes
Problem Solving
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Perform root cause analysis
- Maintain high system availability and reliability
System Maintenance
- Manage users and system access
- Add and manage courses on the system
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT / Computer Science
- Master’s Degree (advantageous)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365, ScrumMaster)
Experience Required
- 5–7 years’ experience in software/application development
- Strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365
