Job Overview
This is a senior-level leadership role in biostatistics, where you will manage clinical trial projects, oversee statistical strategy, and act as the main point of contact for clients. You’ll lead teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality statistical outputs in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage biostatistical projects for clinical trials
- Provide technical supervision and guide project teams
- Act as the primary client contact
- Manage project budgets, cost proposals, and performance reports
- Participate in bid defense meetings and present services
- Represent Biometrics in regulatory inspections and audits
- Oversee statistical deliverables (SAPs, TFLs, reports)
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Biostatistics, or related field
- 5–10 years’ experience in clinical trials (CRO or pharma industry)
- Proven experience managing projects and teams
Technical Expertise
- Clinical trial design (adaptive, innovative designs)
- Statistical modeling & inference:
- Linear models
- Mixed-effects models
- Survival analysis
- Longitudinal data analysis
- Sample size & power calculations
- Simulation methods
- Regulatory knowledge (ICH, FDA, EMA guidelines)
- Advanced SAS proficiency for analysis and reporting
