    •  JOB DESCRIPTION

    Purpose of the Role

    The Demand Coordinator supports Sales and Supply Chain operations by:

    • Managing sales data and reporting
    • Developing demand forecasts
    • Maintaining pricing information
    • Providing analytical insights

    The role ensures coordination between Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     1. Sales Administration & System Support

    • Load and update pricing in Microsoft NAV
    • Assist internal sales team with:
      • Pricing queries
      • Customer queries
      • Order support
    • Perform daily stock checks by SKU
    • Maintain customer records and support claims

     2. Reporting & Analytics

    • Compile sales reports:
      • Daily, weekly, monthly
      • By region, salesperson, and product
    • Track forecast vs actual sales performance
    • Prepare:
      • Daily flash reports
      • Operational and financial reports
    • Provide analytical support to Sales Analyst

     3. Forecasting & Demand Planning

    • Develop forecasts (3, 6, 12 months)
    • Create volume forecasts by:
      • Product
      • Customer
      • Mill/site
    • Support short-term forecasts (4, 8, 12 weeks)
    • Identify and report deviations from forecasts

     4. Stakeholder Coordination

    • Organise and support forecast meetings
    • Prepare and distribute reports and action plans
    • Work closely with:
      • Sales
      • Procurement
      • Production
      • Logistics teams

     5. Supply Chain Support

    • Assist with raw material planning
    • Support replenishment orders
    • Help ensure product availability

     6. Commercial & Performance Support

    • Track rebates and incentives
    • Assist with commission calculations
    • Support customer business reviews
    • Contribute to business intelligence improvements

     REQUIREMENTS

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in:
      • Business / Administration
      • Finance
      • Supply Chain
      • Related field

    Experience

    • 2–3 years experience in:
      • FMCG
      • Sales support
      • Demand planning
      • Data analysis

    Technical Skills

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft NAV or ERP systems (advantage)
    • BI/reporting tools (advantage)
