     Job Description

    This role is focused on selling financial products and providing basic financial advice to clients within a specific market.

     2. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain client relationships
    • Act as the first point of contact for clients
    • Handle basic customer queries and complaints

     3. Customer Needs Analysis

    • Use structured sales scripts to guide conversations
    • Recommend suitable financial products

     4. CRM & Data Management

    • Capture and update customer information
    • Record interactions and follow-ups
    • Maintain accurate sales records

     5. Prospecting & Networking

    • Contact potential clients (calls or in-person)
    • Build a strong network for future sales
    • Leverage referrals and recommendations

     6. Compliance & Quality Assurance

    • Follow company policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
    • Maintain ethical sales practices

     7. Administrative Support

    • Capture data into systems and spreadsheets
    • Support routine business development tasks
    • Assist with reporting where required

     Minimum Requirements

     Education

    • Matric (Grade 12)
