1. Sales & Business Development

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Act as the first point of contact for clients
- Handle basic customer queries and complaints

- Recommend suitable financial products
4. CRM & Data Management
- Capture and update customer information
- Record interactions and follow-ups

5. Prospecting & Networking
