     Job Description

    This role is designed for a commercially driven retail professional who can support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, customer experience, and store performance.

    You will play a key role in:

    • Increasing store sales and profitability
    • Managing staff and daily operations
    • Delivering excellent customer service
    • Supporting omni-channel retail (in-store + online)

     Key Responsibilities

     1. Sales & Store Performance

    • Drive overall store sales and meet targets
    • Increase new customer accounts
    • Promote value-added services (insurance, subscriptions)

     2. Customer Service Excellence

    • Deliver a high-quality customer experience
    • Build customer loyalty and satisfaction
    • Handle customer queries and challenges professionally

     3. Visual Merchandising

    • Maintain strong in-store visual standards
    • Ensure displays align with brand guidelines
    • Create an appealing shopping environment

     4. Omni-Channel

    • Support Bash online shopping operations in-store
    • Assist with order fulfilment and customer support
    • Promote online shopping to customers

     5. Leadership & Team Management

    • Support the Store Manager in:
      • Staff supervision
      • Coaching and development
      • Daily store operations
    • Motivate and manage team performance

     6. Sales Process & Customer Engagement

    • Initiate sales conversations
    • Understand customer needs and buying behavior
    • Handle objections and close sales effectively

     Minimum Requirements

    • Previous retail supervisory or management experience (preferred)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to:
