Job Purpose
The purpose of the ATM Custodian role is to safely load and service client ATMs, manage cash transactions accurately, and ensure compliance with security and operational procedures.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to the Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Load and service ATMs daily
- Secure and account for all cash transactions
- Handle balancing and accurate cash processing
- Attend to ATM technical faults
- Ensure client assets remain secure at all times
- Follow all operational and security procedures
- Perform trans track scanning operations
- Assist clients and maintain professional client interactions
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance
Minimum Requirements
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA accreditation with at least Grade B
- Completed firearm training in handgun and rifle
- SAPS competency certificate
- Cash in Transit (CIT) certificate
- Experience in the security industry or similar role
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy
