Job Description
TFG is looking for energetic, hardworking and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associates to join its retail team during the festive season.
The successful candidates will help create an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining merchandise displays and ensuring that the store remains fully stocked and customer-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
- Work towards and monitor sales targets.
- Sell a diverse range of products while keeping up with current fashion and décor trends.
- Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
- Replenish merchandise to ensure the store remains customer-ready.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is advantageous.
- Matric certificate is advantageous.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Passion for retail and fashion is advantageous.
- Sales-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Positive, enthusiastic and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work retail hours.
- Reliable transport.
- Must be available to start immediately.
