Job Description
This role involves overseeing temporary employees (TES labour) at a client site. You will handle recruitment, staff management, compliance, and administration while ensuring that service delivery meets agreed standards (SLAs).
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining discipline, tracking attendance, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staff Management
- Recruit TES (Temporary Employment Services) workers
- Ensure staff are placed according to client needs
- Manage daily attendance and workforce activities
Compliance & Employee Welfare
- Ensure employees complete medical examinations
- Track and manage annual medical renewals
- Ensure compliance with site and company policies
Discipline & Labour Relations
- Conduct disciplinary hearings fairly and consistently
- Follow company and client disciplinary procedures
- Maintain accurate disciplinary records
Administration & Documentation
- Ensure labour requests (Permission to Recruit) are properly documented
- Verify and submit accurate timesheets
- Maintain all records for invoicing and compliance
PPE & Site Inspections
- Conduct daily checks of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Maintain PPE registers and issue records
- Ensure safety standards are followed
Workplace Management
- Maintain a clean, professional office environment
- Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations
- Uphold professional conduct at all times
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric (advantageous)
Skills & Knowledge
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong administrative skills
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a TES environment
- Exposure to logistics (advantageous)
Knowledge (Advantageous)
- LRA (Labour Relations Act)
- BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act)
- Occupational Health and Safety Act

- Valid driver’s license
