Job Purpose
Clover’s Bloemfontein Distribution Branch is seeking an Administrative Clerk to support distribution operations through administrative duties, order processing, route settlements, reporting, invoice printing, and customer service support.
The successful candidate will ensure accurate processing of documentation and assist with the smooth operation of the distribution department.
Minimum Requirements
Essential
- Grade 12 / National Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- 2–3 years of administrative experience.
- Experience working with senior management.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Fluent Business English.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work under demanding conditions.
Advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in:
- Business Administration.
- Supply Chain Management.
- Related field.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution Administration
- Close orders on ERMS.
- Print invoices.
- Send hourly satellite reports.
- Send interbranch reports.
- Process settled and unsettled routes.
- Process route settlements daily.
Route Reconciliation
- Process outstanding route reconciliations.
- Perform RMA route settlements.
- Check and correct route settlement discrepancies.
- Reconcile Masakhane and Secondary routes.
Query Resolution
- Follow up on outstanding referrals.
- Follow up on jobs older than 24 hours that have not been received.
- Resolve system support queries.
- Address Danone and Metro file issues promptly.
Inventory and System Updates
- Update GRV information on the system.
- Assign resupply invoices.
- Ensure system records remain accurate and current.
General Administrative Duties
- Assist visitors.
- Assist courier services.
