Job Overview
Lesaka Technologies is seeking a Sales Executive – Liquor Trade to join its Kazang Merchant Division in Botshabelo. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the company’s presence in the liquor trade market.
In this role, the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with merchants and informal vendors, and ensuring the availability and visibility of Kazang products in the market. The position requires a proactive and entrepreneurial individual who can manage sales performance, install company devices, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Job Description
The Sales Executive – Liquor Trade is responsible for promoting Kazang products, growing merchant partnerships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Install company devices and ensure proper functionality for merchants.
Engage with informal vendors and build strong working relationships.
Identify and establish new business opportunities in the liquor trade market.
Ensure the availability and visibility of company products in retail outlets.
Monitor and improve average revenue per unit across merchant locations.
Review sales performance weekly and develop strategies to meet targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services.
Minimum Requirements
Fluency in English and at least one African language.
1–2 years of client sales experience.
Valid driver’s license (essential).
Technical Competencies
Computer literacy in Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
Behavioural Competencies
Self-motivated and proactive (self-starter).
Strong self-management skills.
