     JOB DESCRIPTION

    The VAS (Value-Added Services) Specialist Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting additional services/products in-store.

    You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers receive a high-quality shopping experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     Sales & Customer Service

    • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
    • Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
    • Promote value-added services (VAS) to increase sales

     Sales Performance

    • Track personal sales performance against targets
    • Actively seek new sales opportunities
    • Stay motivated to achieve and exceed goals

     Product Knowledge & Trends

    • Stay up to date with latest sportswear and retail trends
    • Sell a wide range of products confidently
    • Educate customers on products and services

     Store Operations

    • Assist with stock replenishment
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards
    • Ensure the store is clean, organised, and customer-ready

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
    • Passion for retail and sales
    • Strong customer service skills

    Key Attributes

    • Sales-driven and target-focused
    • Strong work ethic and hands-on attitude
    • Ability to take initiative
    • Comfortable working under pressure
    • Flexible (weekends, evenings, retail hours)
