    Job Description

    The Temporary CRM Data Capture Clerk is responsible for maintaining, updating, and verifying customer information within the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role focuses on ensuring that customer records are accurate, complete, and up to date to support business operations, customer service, and marketing activities.

    This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and data-capturing skills who can work independently while meeting deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities

    CRM Data Management

    • Capture customer information accurately into the CRM system.
    • Update and maintain customer records.
    • Ensure all customer information remains current and complete.

    Data Verification and Quality Control

    • Review records for accuracy and completeness.
    • Identify and correct data errors.
    • Cross-check information against source documents.
    • Verify consistency across customer records.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to verify customer information.
    • Assist departments in maintaining accurate customer databases.
    • Communicate professionally regarding data verification processes.

    Data Integrity and Compliance

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualification

    • Grade 12 (Matric).

    Experience
