    Job Purpose

    The Branch Manager is responsible for growing the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass by developing and implementing the branch strategy. The role focuses on leading sales consultants, creating a strong service culture, managing branch operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent client experience.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • RE1 and RE5 regulatory qualifications
    • 120 Wealth Management credits OR a tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA
    • Class of Business accreditation (annual)
    • Current Continuous Professional Development (CPD) compliance
    • Minimum 5 years’ recent industry experience
      • At least 3 years in a leadership role
    • Service management experience (essential)
    • Insurance sales experience
    • Credit and lending experience

    Key Responsibilities

    Branch Management & Strategy

    • Develop and execute the retail branch strategy.
    • Grow customer base and branch revenue.
    • Ensure successful daily management of branch operations.
