Project Objective
To appoint a contractor to:
- Maintain lifts in working condition
- Repair faulty lift systems
- Refurbish older lift installations
- Ensure full safety and compliance standards
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for:
Maintenance
- Routine servicing of lifts
- Preventive maintenance schedules
Repairs
- Fixing mechanical and electrical faults
- Restoring non-operational lifts
Refurbishment
- Upgrading lift systems
- Improving safety and efficiency
- Bringing lifts up to compliance standards
Technical Requirements
You must:
- Have CIDB grading 6 SI or higher
- Follow strict lift safety regulations
- Work according to:
- Electrical standards
- Mechanical standards
- Safety compliance codes
- Provide:
- Maintenance reports
- Inspection records
- Compliance documentation
Skills Required
You need proven experience in:
Technical Expertise
