    Job Title: Project Supervisor – Construction

    Job Summary:

    Hire Resolve is actively seeking a Project Supervisor with a strong background in construction project management, fleet coordination, and quality control standards (QMS & ISO) to join a reputable construction and plant hire company based in Welkom, Free State. This is a career-defining opportunity for candidates looking to grow in a hands-on supervisory role within the construction sector.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily status reports to management

    • Complete project-related paperwork as directed by the Project Manager

    • Collaborate with project site agents to ensure project efficiency

    • Prepare and review daily work plans for employees

    • Assist in obtaining quotations and preparing tenders

    • Support the Project Manager in ensuring compliance and quality standards

    • Assist employees as required during project execution

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a National Diploma in Project Management (Degree is advantageous)

    • Experience in Project Supervision (Yellow fleet experience is an added advantage)

    • Knowledge of fleet operations, QMS & ISO standards (advantageous)

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Strong administrative, organizational, analytical, and planning skills

    • Excellent communication skills in English, Sesotho, and Afrikaans

    • High attention to detail and accuracy

    • Minimum Code 8 Driver’s license

    • Ability to work independently and within a team

    • Self-motivated and passionate about delivering high-impact results
