    About the Role

    As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll deliver outstanding service across Hilton’s restaurants, bars, and event venues. The role involves engaging guests, providing high-quality food and beverage service, and maintaining Hilton’s 5-star brand standards.

    You’ll report to the Outlet Manager and work within a fast-paced, rotating roster environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver a-la-carte and buffet service according to Hilton Brand Service Standards.

    • Take and process guest orders efficiently and accurately.

    • Maintain a strong knowledge of menu items, promotions, and daily specials.

    • Handle cash and electronic transactions in accordance with company procedures.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared service area.

    • Assist with setup and breakdown of outlets and event spaces.

    • Provide a friendly, professional experience for every guest.

    • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
