About the Role
The Hospitality Professional (Housekeeping) position is part of Hilton’s housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. The role combines specialist housekeeping tasks with general hospitality duties to maintain 5-star standards.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain allocated hotel areas efficiently and to brand standards.

Replenish amenities in public and staff areas (toilets, lobby, restaurants, etc.).

Change bed linen, towels, and guest amenities as per company guidelines.

Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.

Assist with linen movement, storage, and inventory.

Conduct deep cleaning tasks as required.

Report and follow up on maintenance or lost property issues.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Maintain environmentally responsible cleaning practices.
