About the Role
Premier Hotels & Resorts, a respected hospitality group, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservationist to join its front-office team in Bloemfontein. Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, promotions, and packages.

Manage guest bookings and update the reservation system with correct details.

Handle guest inquiries promptly and courteously via phone, email, or online channels.

Coordinate special requests (e.g., room preferences, celebrations) with relevant departments.

Requirements

Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service (hospitality experience preferred).

Proficiency in reservation or property management systems (PMS) and basic computer literacy.
