Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Grade 12/Matric/NQF 4 (minimum required).
- 10+ years of experience in compliance and admin management.
- Experience in staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Efficiency:
- Plan and execute financial stock takes.
- Align showroom processes (inventory, receiving, and frontline) with legal regulations.
- Ensure merchandise reflects the current catalog and is visually presented as per guidelines.
- Develop action plans to address deficiencies and monitor progress.
2. Stock Management:
- Optimize stock control to ensure the right inventory is available at the right time.
- Oversee regular stock-taking activities.
3. Cash Management:
- Maintain efficient cash-handling processes, including discrepancy reconciliation and deposits.
- Investigate shrinkage, counterfeit currency issues, and bank discrepancies.
- Mitigate risks related to cash exposure.
4. People Management:
- Train staff on internal controls, building risk awareness and compliance.
- Provide coaching to enhance team efficiency.
5. Reporting and Compliance:
- Deliver timely reports on internal control frameworks and resolve deficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety compliance regulations.
