    Eduvos is seeking a passionate and driven Higher Education Consultant (HEC) to join our Online Campus team. This is a national position and can be based at any of our 12 campuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into student enrolments through high-quality educational consultation and exceptional service delivery. The role reports directly to the Sales Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Qualify and convert inbound leads through sales calls, digital communication, events, and interviews

    • Manage the full sales pipeline: from inquiry to application and final enrolment

    • Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets related to enrolment and revenue

    • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families

    • Nurture leads throughout the decision-making process through structured follow-ups and guidance

    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions using CRM systems

    • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to support student acquisition campaigns

    • Remain up-to-date on all Eduvos programmes and offerings

    • Travel locally for recruitment events or presentations as needed

    Minimum Requirements

    Education:

    • Relevant undergraduate qualification in Commerce, Education, Social Sciences, or Marketing

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record

    • Higher education sector or teaching exposure (2+ years) advantageous

    • Strong customer relationship or account management experience

    Other Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license and own transport

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

    • Willingness to travel locally

    Competencies

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)

    • CRM and lead management system experience (advantageous)

    • Fast learner of new products and academic offerings

    • Ability to track and report against performance metrics
