Purpose of the Role
To teach and support students, conduct assessments, offer academic consultation, and contribute to research and academic development within the Logistics & Supply Chain Management discipline.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (preferred)

OR Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (minimum)
Experience:
-
1–3 years industry-specific experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
-
1–3 years lecturing experience
-
Solid understanding of the SA Higher Education sector and regulatory framework
Knowledge of:

Teaching-learning theory
-
Assessment methods
-
Academic/student support strategies
-
Digital academic platforms and online delivery
Key Responsibilities

Deliver subject content in classroom or online settings

Arrange consultations with students

Assessments: Mark and provide feedback

Analyse student results and track performance

Implement interventions for at-risk students

Support student success and academic development
