    Responsibilities:

    • Handle all cash-related matters including walk-in clients, ATM cash replenishment, and bulk cash handling

    • Accurately assess customer needs and provide efficient cash solutions

    • Ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements related to cash handling

    • Maintain a high level of service delivery to enhance client experience

    • Support branch operations by understanding and executing standard banking procedures

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum qualification: NQF Level 5 (e.g., National Certificate or equivalent)

    Experience:

    • 1–2 years of experience in branch banking

    • Familiarity with cash handling protocols and ATM operations

    • Understanding of frontline support processes

    • Basic knowledge of legal requirements regarding cash handling

    • Exposure to the operations of other banking departments is advantageous

    Technical Competencies:

    • Banking process & procedure knowledge

    • Customer product knowledge (Consumer Banking)

    • Transaction processing

    • Application & submission verification (Business Banking)

    • Customer onboarding and compliance awareness

    Behavioural Competencies:

    • Attention to detail and procedure-following

    • Clear communication and information articulation

    • Ability to assess and examine cash-related tasks accurately

    • Practical problem-solving and decision-making

    • Openness to explore customer needs and provide tailored solutions
