Tender Overview
The Department of Public Works invites suitably qualified service providers to submit quotations for the supply of catering services for 70 people during the HCI Career Expo to be held at Moroka High School, Thaba Nchu, on 07 August 2026.
Scope of Work
The successful service provider will be responsible for:
- Providing catering services for 70 attendees.
- Supplying food and beverages for the HCI Career Expo.
- Delivering catering to Moroka High School, Thaba Nchu.
- Setting up the catering service at the event venue on the scheduled date.
- Ensuring timely delivery and professional service throughout the event.
Minimum Requirements
Interested bidders should:
- Be capable of providing catering services for medium-sized events.
- Comply with all applicable procurement requirements.
- Meet the required CIDB contractor grading where applicable.
- Comply with B-BBEE requirements and other relevant procurement legislation.
Evaluation Criteria
Bids will be evaluated based on:
- Price.
- B-BBEE status level.
- Compliance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) and applicable procurement regulations.
- Meeting all technical and administrative requirements outlined in the tender documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
