Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations:

Assist in efficient clinic preparation and closure to meet blood collection targets.

Ensure smooth donor registration – professional, accurate, and friendly.
Donor Assessment & Phlebotomy:
-
Perform Basic Physical Checks/Assessments to determine donor suitability.

Conduct phlebotomy procedures professionally and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Supervision & Administration:
-
Provide professional supervision at clinics in line with SOPs.

Handle general administrative duties to support clinic operations.
Job-Specific Requirements
Travel & Mobility:
-
Work under the supervision of a Clinic Supervisor or designated deputy.
-
May be required to drive a company vehicle as needed.
-
Overnight travel may be necessary.
-
Must be prepared for variable hours, overtime, and weekend shifts.
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to stand for long periods.
-
Capable of lifting up to 14kg and assisting in loading/unloading vehicles.

Ability to climb stairs when required.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Registered Enrolled Nurse
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
- Current SANC Registration
- CPR Certificate (training provided by SANBS if needed)
