Role Overview
As an OUTsurance Broker, you’ll be responsible for growing the business insurance portfolio by prospecting, selling, and building a book of short-term insurance across Personal and Commercial Lines.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (National Senior Certificate) – a must
- Valid Code B Driver’s License
- Own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access
- Minimum 3 years of face-to-face external sales experience
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling & client relationship management
For candidates with previous FAIS experience:
FAIS credits/full insurance qualifications (depending on DOFA)
RE5 certification (depending on DOFA)
Reporting & Company Culture
Reports to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager
Works closely with the wider Commercial team
