We are looking for an inspirational and results-driven Store Leader to take charge of our Old Khaki store at Dihlabeng. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving store profitability, leading a passionate retail team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in line with the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities:

Achieve annual sales targets by exceeding daily and monthly budgets

Oversee financial operations to ensure store profitability

Maintain merchandising standards aligned with brand identity

Monitor and manage stock levels to reduce loss and maximize availability

Deliver outstanding customer service and in-store experience

Build strong relationships with internal and external service providers

Recruit and manage staff, including payroll administration

Inspire and lead the team to align with company culture and values

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards
Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Clear criminal record
-
Strong communication skills across all levels
-
Minimum of 5 years’ store management experience
-
At least 8 years of experience in the retail sector

Experience managing a high-turnover retail store (R20 million+ annually)
