    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and effective stock and promotional management.

    • Minimise stock loss by enforcing security measures and proper stock/cash handling procedures.

    • Manage store costs by implementing efficient processes in line with company culture.

    • Oversee administrative tasks in compliance with company guidelines.

    • Lead, train, and coach the store team to ensure high performance and engagement.

    • Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate required.

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail (advantageous).

    • 1-2 years retail leadership experience preferred.

    • Proficiency in English.

    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite) is a plus.
