Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and effective stock and promotional management.

Minimise stock loss by enforcing security measures and proper stock/cash handling procedures.

Manage store costs by implementing efficient processes in line with company culture.

Oversee administrative tasks in compliance with company guidelines.

Lead, train, and coach the store team to ensure high performance and engagement.

Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.
Qualifications and Experience:

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate required.

Relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail (advantageous).

1-2 years retail leadership experience preferred.

Proficiency in English.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite) is a plus.
