    Job Overview

    The Branch Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient daily operations of the Welkom CIT branch, ensuring that all security and client service requirements are met in line with company standards and contractual obligations.

    The role is leadership-focused and requires strong planning, management, communication, and client liaison skills. The successful candidate will ensure that security services are delivered professionally, staff performance is maintained, and that client relationships are managed effectively.

    Job Description

    Operational Management

    • Ensure all branch operations run smoothly and efficiently

    • Ensure compliance with all site-specific security requirements

    • Maintain high service levels and operational standards

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

    • Ensure contractual requirements are met and service levels are consistently achieved

    • Recommend improvements to client security services as needed

    Staff Management

    • Ensure security staff maintain required performance standards

    • Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management

    • Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and operational deployment

    Administration & Reporting

    • Manage branch administration and documentation

    • Submit weekly/monthly incident and general reports to senior management

    • Liaise daily with executive management on operational issues

    Quality & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management requirements

    • Maintain high standards of operational and administrative control

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric certificate

    • PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry

    • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management

    • People management experience

    • Strong administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills

    • Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills

    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

    • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

    • Must live within reasonable distance or be willing to relocate
