Responsibilities:

Manage dietetic food services in the hospital kitchen alongside the Manager

Monitor and maintain hygiene control, menu analysis, and therapeutic diets

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met

Advise the catering team on nutrition, dietary plans, and food preparation

Consult with clinical dieticians and medical teams to meet patients’ nutritional needs and restrictions

Ensure compliance with dietary norms and hospital standards
Qualifications:
-
Tertiary qualification in Dietetics (compulsory)
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (compulsory)

Experience in hospital dietetics (advantageous)

Proficient in MS Office
Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of hospital catering and hygiene practices

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Problem-solving ability and professionalism
