Tender Overview
CENTLEC SOC LTD is inviting suitable and qualified service providers to submit quotations for the design, printing, supply and delivery of A4 occurrence books for its Bloemfontein operations.
The successful bidder will be required to produce 200 ring-bound, indexed and numbered occurrence books according to the specifications provided by CENTLEC, including the required CENTLEC branding.
Scope of Work
The appointed service provider will be responsible for:
- Designing the A4 occurrence books according to CENTLEC’s specifications.
- Incorporating the CENTLEC logo at the top of each page.
- Printing 200 occurrence books.
- Producing ring-bound and indexed books.
- Providing both front and back covers.
- Numbering pages from 10,000 to 20,000.
- Ensuring pages are numbered back-to-back.
- Supplying the completed books.
- Delivering the books to CENTLEC in Bloemfontein.
- Ensuring the final products comply with the specifications and sample provided in the tender documentation.
Technical Requirements
The occurrence books must:
- Be A4 size.
- Be ring-bound.
- Be indexed.
- Have page numbers.
- Have a front and back cover.
- Feature the CENTLEC logo on every page.
- Have page numbering from 10,000 to 20,000.
- Have back-to-back page numbering.
- Comply with the required sample and technical specifications.
Important: Loose or stapled documents will be disqualified.
Required Documentation
Bidders must provide the required documentation, including:
- Proof of company ownership.
- Valid proof of address, such as a lease agreement and current bill, rates clearance, current municipal account, or applicable council letter.
- Completed MBD 4 – Declaration of Interest.
- Completed MBD 9.
- Valid BBB-EE certificate or Sworn Affidavit.
- Valid CSD registration number.
- Any other documentation specified in the official tender documents.
Submission Information
Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the tender/quotation number clearly indicated.
Emailed quotations will not be accepted.
