Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage store operations in a dynamic and customer-focused retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff performance and store presentation.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Oversee sales management and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain excellent store presentation and ensure effective merchandising.

Supervise stock management to minimize loss and ensure availability.

Ensure financial accuracy and handle all administrative functions.

Foster a customer-centric environment by delivering outstanding service.

Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance objectives.

Maintain a safe and secure store environment in line with company policies.

Cultivate effective teamwork and self-management practices.
Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
3–5 years’ experience in management (preferably in retail)

A diploma in Retail Management or Business (advantageous)
