Monitoring and Reporting: The Data Capturer will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of HPRS and reporting any discrepancies found to the Operational Manager. Additionally, the role requires the collection of various data tools from different wards and service points.

Data Quality Audits: Routine data quality checks will be conducted on webDHIS, comparing various reports and ensuring that the information remains accurate and up to date.

Support in Hospital Operations: The Data Capturer will provide administrative support to clinical records management and assist in the implementation of hospital-level standard operating procedures.
