Responsibilities

Prepare food for daily kitchen production in line with prescribed menus and dietary requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Matric is essential.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cook in a contract catering environment.

Customer service experience is essential.

Professional Cookery certificate (advantage).

Experience in a hotel environment (advantage).
