Responsibilities:

Prepare food for daily kitchen production in accordance with set menus and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Matric (essential).

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook in a contract catering environment (essential).

Customer service experience (essential).

Professional Cookery Certificate (advantageous).

Experience in a hotel environment (advantageous).

Knowledge of food safety standards and special diets.

Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
