Purpose of the Role
- To appoint a qualified and CIDB-accredited service provider to construct a wall fence at Garona Military Village. This project supports the Defence Works Unit in enhancing security and infrastructure within the military compound in the Free State.
Key Responsibilities
Construct a durable and compliant wall fence around Garona Military Village.
Perform work in accordance with the Department of Defence technical specifications and construction safety protocols.
Deliver the project within the agreed timeframe and budget, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to security regulations.
Attend the compulsory site briefing and complete administrative formalities prior to submission.
Minimum Requirements
CIDB Contractor Grading: 3GB or higher (mandatory)
Compliance with Department of Defence tender conditions and technical specifications for fencing construction.
Only tenders submitted on the official tender documentation will be accepted.

Skills and Competencies Required
Demonstrated experience in the construction of perimeter walls and security fencing.
Ability to manage logistics, labour, safety, and quality assurance on-site.
Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
Preference will be given to military veterans and CSD-registered suppliers.
