    Cold Calling Manager – IT, Cyber Security & Telecoms (Remote)

    About the Role

    Intouch Tech, a UK-based technology company providing IT, Cyber Security, and Telecoms solutions, is seeking a Telesales Manager to lead a dynamic outbound sales team.

    You’ll manage and motivate a team of four cold-calling agents, targeting UK-based leads, generating qualified opportunities, and driving consistent sales pipeline growth.

    This role is fully remote, requiring an experienced telesales professional with a strong background in cybersecurity sales management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and manage a team of outbound telesales agents.

    • Oversee daily cold-calling activities targeting UK leads.

    • Set and monitor performance targets, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversions.

    • Develop call scripts, sales pitches, and follow-up processes.

    • Track KPIs and report progress using Close CRM (or similar tools).

    • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and motivation to the telesales team.

    • Collaborate with UK-based sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.

    Minimum Requirements

    • At least 3 years of telesales management experience in Cyber Security, IT, or Telecoms. (Essential)

    • Proven track record of driving outbound sales and lead generation success.

    • Experience coaching and developing sales teams in a performance-driven environment.

    • Strong command of spoken and written English.

    • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Close CRM experience preferred).

    • Own laptop, headset, and a quiet home workspace.

    Work Hours

    • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (UK-aligned hours)

    • 17 vacation days plus public holidays

    Compensation & Perks
