About the Role
Centific Global Solutions is looking for Internet Evaluators based in South Africa to help improve app and music service functionality by assessing user experience, efficiency, and intent across digital platforms.
You’ll analyze and evaluate apps and music-related search results to ensure better usability and performance for users. This project directly contributes to enhancing how global audiences experience App Store and Music applications.
Key Responsibilities

Test and evaluate apps from the Apple App Store, focusing on usability, efficiency, and user intent.

Assess music-related queries and results, analyzing their quality and accuracy.

Conduct side searches using Google, Bing, or YouTube to better understand and validate search intents.

Provide feedback and evaluations based on user experience, content accuracy, and overall app quality.
Purpose of the Project
To help improve the functionality of mobile and music applications, particularly enhancing user satisfaction and experience in future updates and releases.
Requirements

Must be based in South Africa and using the South African App Store

Have a valid Apple ID

Own an iOS device (iPhone or iPad)

Be a native or fluent English speaker

Successfully pass certification through OneForma (Centific’s platform)
